Foodzozo Cancellation & Refunds Policy


Cancellation: We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:�

  1. As a basic rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. A restaurant may subsequently cancel an order after you have received confirmation. foodzozo and our partner restaurants reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and we will endeavour to notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
  2. You can cancel your order immediately after 1 minutes of placing your order.
  3. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  4. In the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us.
  5. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
    Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery.
  6. Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
  7. Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.


  1. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-paid at the time of placing your order only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
    (1) Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
    (2) We foodzozo cancelling your order due to; Your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
    (3) Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
    (4) You cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-10 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
  2. In case of payment at the time of delivery, you will not be required to pay for:
    (a) Wrong order being delivered; or
    (b) Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.

Credits and Cancellation Policy:

Foodzozo is not responsible for the service, eligibility, or termination of the restaurant. Foodzozo reserves the right at any time without notice, change the terms applicable to Invite Credits, including expiration period, and/or your ability to redeem existing Invite Credits.
